You can request permanent deletion of your Dubai Create Ecommerce Website account and eligible associated personal data.
How to submit a request
- Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your account.
- Use the subject Dubai Create Account Deletion.
- Include your full name, registered email address or mobile number, and website or store name.
- Complete any identity verification requested to protect the account from unauthorised deletion.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible account profile information, store configuration, product content, and other personal data associated with the account.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legitimate business obligations. Data in routine backups may remain until the normal backup cycle expires.
Account deletion is permanent. Your website and access to its dashboard may stop working after the request is completed. Export any information you need before requesting deletion.
